5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

8. Liability Limitation

• We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, road conditions)
• We are not liable for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle
• Customers are responsible for their own safety and belongings

9. No Show Policy

• If the customer is unavailable at the pickup location/time, it may be treated as a “No Show”
• Charges may apply in such cases

• Any changes in pickup time, location, or destination must be informed in advance
• Additional charges may apply for changes
